Hello
I'm doing some R&D on the settings to reduce noise and flickering.
I was wondering if Karma supports disabling the random noise pattern when sampling, like Redshift. That helps a lot to reduce flickering when denoising is enabled.

Hello
I have an animated asset loopable in 50 frames. I added a value clip lop to loop the usd sequence. I have motion blur turned on, but when the animation goes from frame 50 to 51, motion blur goes too far and it flickers every 50 frames. I believe it's a misscalculation in the time samples when using the value clip. How can I fix that?.

Sure, it's an HDR from polyheaven, which I converted to acesCG with "PYCO Color Space converter".
It loads fine in any other app.

Hello, I'm having issues when loading an HDRI map into solaris. It's a 16bit half HDRI which renders fine with CPU, but all geo goes black when switching to XPU. Is that a limitation? See the attached video.

I found a solution by adding a foreach metadata, and append the iteration number to the exoside fbx-file saving parameter.

Hello,
Checking the documentation, I was trying to learn about constraints and rig vop. For some reason I cannot use the Rig Attribute VOP.
As soon as I add any KineFX node, I got an error;
Error
Vex error: No name given.
I cannot find the solution in the docs. What am I doing wrong?

Hello!
I'm having issues using the labs baker to bake displacement map and normals using more than one UDIM. It works Ok when the UVs are on one UDIM square. But if I'm using more than one, the displacement and normal seems to be overlapping… AO / curvature works fine though. I tried to dig into the asset but couldn't find a solution.

Hello!
I'm working on a hair simulation where at some point, all hairs get unpinned from target and fall off to the floor.
I have a Hair generate node using the guides from that sim, but at the moment the hairs fall off, they keep stitched to the skin geo.
I was wondering if there's a way to have those new hairs from the hair generate to follow the sim when they unpin from target?

I'm running into a little problem with vellum setup in Dops.
I have a “pin to target” constraint and I can drive the Stopped attribute to remove the pins.
But, When I set up the pin constraint to “Soft”, the animated attribute to scale the stiffness works only in the first frame, but no through the time. I tried “each frame” constraint creation with no success…
Is it possible to dynamically break soft pin constraints with vellum?

I need to format the computer and I was trying to return my License, but I'm having an error message after login to Houdini Online Services. It says “Unable to read/modify license file - License was not returned”.
